Permanent Service Coordination Assistant

Job Description


The Service Coordination Assistant will be responsible for planning daily work assignments for service engineering; including parts availability, job location and pertinent job related detail. Successful leader will have the ability to motivate the team to perform at the highest level in order to meet internal KPI’s and achieve customer satisfaction.

•Review service reports and invoices for accuracy
•Endeavor to keep Service disputes to a minimum
•Responsible for proper scheduling of service jobs
•Ensure that all RH records regarding services are accurate and up to date
•Ensure compliance with ISO quality guidelines and procedures
•Give daily directives to Service Engineers
•Accuratly enter all necessary data into the ERP system
•Controls the flow of spare parts for all services
•Assemble all necessary job related paperwork for processing
•Advise the Regional Manager (or Depot Manager) of the status of all ongoing jobs
•Organize and coordinate all required follow up Services

•High School Diploma and 3+ years experience in the Maritime industry
•Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop others
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Confident and energetic personality
•Ability to pass a background check
•Excellent organizational skills
•Excellent customer relations skills
